National Science Foundation Receives Permit Application for Antarctic Helicopter Operations

The National Science Foundation has received a permit application from the Motor Vessel Octopus for helicopter operations in Antarctica during the 2006-2007 austral summer season, in accordance with the Antarctic Conservation Act of 1978.
