United States and Chile Finalize Free Trade Agreement Implementation Rules

The U.S. government has adopted final rules to implement the preferential tariff treatment and other customs-related provisions of the United States-Chile Free Trade Agreement, which was signed in 2004 and published in the Federal Register on March 7, 2005.
