Commonwealth Railway, Inc. Gains Exemption to Acquire and Operate Norfolk Southern Railway Company

Commonwealth Railway, Inc. has received an exemption from the Surface Transportation Board to acquire and operate the Norfolk Southern Railway Company, allowing the two railroads to merge and expand their services.
