Department of Commerce Abandons Regulations on Nonprocurement Debarment and Suspension, Adopting OMB Guidance

The Department of Commerce has removed its regulations on nonprocurement debarment and suspension, adopting the Office of Management and Budget's guidance on the matter, as published in the Federal Register on August 31, 2005, and further revised on November 15, 2006.
