EPA Approves Ohio's Revised Air Quality Implementation Plan to Rescind NOx Rule

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved Ohio's revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) to rescind a rule affecting stationary combustion sources and new sources, following a request from the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (Ohio EPA) due to the rule being superseded by more stringent regulations.
