National Institutes of Health to Grant Exclusive Patent License for Cancer Treatment Method
The National Institutes of Health is considering granting an exclusive patent license to Vion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. for a method of treating or preventing cancer using radiosensitizing agents, as outlined in a U.S. Provisional Patent Application filed in 2005.
