Colorado State Plan for Certification of Applicators of Restricted Use Pesticides; Notice of Availability

The State of Colorado has submitted amendments to its pesticide certification plan, which will allow the state to assume regulatory authority for both private and commercial pesticide applicators. The revised plan includes new subcategories for commercial applicators, such as sewer root control and interior plant pest control.
