Fish and Wildlife Service Releases Draft Interim Visitor Services Plan for Midway Atoll National Wildlife Refuge

The Fish and Wildlife Service has made available a Draft Interim Visitor Services Plan and Environmental Assessment for the Midway Atoll National Wildlife Refuge, a U.S. territory in the Northwestern Hawaiian Islands, for public review and comment.
