Antidumping Proceedings: Calculation of the Weighted-Average Dumping Margin During an Antidumping Investigation; Final Modification

The US Department of Commerce is updating its methodology for calculating dumping margins in antidumping investigations, following World Trade Organization recommendations, to ensure fairer comparisons. The changes will take effect according to the specified timetable.
