OPM Issues Final Regulations for No FEAR Act Reporting and Best Practices

The Office of Personnel Management is releasing final rules to fulfill the reporting and best practices requirements of the Notification and Federal Employee Antidiscrimination and Retaliation Act of 2002, which mandates annual reporting on antidiscrimination laws and a comprehensive study on disciplinary actions.
