EPA Removes Brio Refining Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has deleted the Brio Refining, Inc. Superfund Site in Friendswood, Texas, from the National Priorities List (NPL) due to completion of all response actions and no significant threat to public health or the environment.
