EPA Proposes Approval of Arizona's Revised Motor Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance Programs

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve two revisions to Arizona's State Implementation Plan, which would exempt certain collectible vehicles from emissions testing requirements in the Phoenix and Tucson metropolitan areas, and update the performance standard evaluation for the vehicle emissions inspection program in Phoenix.
