EPA Grants Waivers for California's Zero-Emission Vehicle Regulations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has determined that California's 1999-2003 amendments to the Zero-Emission Vehicle (ZEV) regulations for model years 2006 and prior are within-the-scope of previous waivers granted to California, and also grants a waiver for these model years. The EPA also grants a waiver for model years 2007-2011, with certain exceptions.
