FHWA Reopens Comment Period for Projects of National and Regional Significance Evaluation and Rating

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is extending the comment period for a proposed rulemaking related to the Projects of National and Regional Significance (PNRS) program, which aims to establish evaluation and rating guidelines for projects of national and regional importance, until February 9, 2007.
