Delegation Agreement Between the North American Electric Reliability Corporation and Florida Reliability Coordinating Council; Notice of Filing

The North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) has entered into a delegation agreement with the Florida Reliability Coordinating Council, as announced in a recent notice filed with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). This agreement aims to enhance grid reliability in Florida by delegating certain responsibilities to the FERC.
