New Regulations Under PURPA Section 210(m) Apply to Small Power Facilities, New Docket Prefix 'QM' Announced

The US Department of Energy has introduced new regulations under PURPA Section 210(m) that apply to small power production and cogeneration facilities, and has also announced a new docket prefix 'QM' for these facilities
