USAID to Establish New System of Records for Personnel Locator Systems

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is issuing a public notice to establish a new system of records, USAID-028, Personnel Locator Systems, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, to meet federal requirements and publish the existence and character of record systems in the Federal Register.
