FTC Seeks Public Comments on Proposed Amendment to Cigarette Information Requests

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is requesting public comments on a proposed amendment to its information requests from the largest domestic cigarette manufacturers, which includes annual sales, giveaways, and marketing expenditures for electronic devices used to heat non-combusted cigarette products, as the current clearance from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) expires on December 31, 2023.
