Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Submits Proposal for Review of Information Collection Activities Under Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995

The NRC has recently submitted a proposal to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review of its information collection activities under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The proposal outlines the criteria for guidance on discontinuing NRC regulatory authority and assumption by states through agreements, and requires states to participate in the Integrated Materials Performance Evaluation Program (IMPEP) through a questionnaire.
