Nuclear Regulatory Commission Confirms Effective Date for Revised Fuel Storage Cask Regulations

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has confirmed the effective date of April 17, 2007, for a direct final rule that revised the Transnuclear, Inc. Standardized NUHOMS System listing to include Amendment No. 9 to Certificate of Compliance No. 1004, as published in the Federal Register on February 1, 2007.
