Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Submits Proposal for Information Collection Under Paperwork Reduction Act for Review by Office of Management and Budget (OMB)

The NRC has submitted a revision proposal for the collection of information under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 for review by OMB, requiring licensees to submit NRC Form 314, Certificate of Disposition of Materials, once when terminating their license, with an estimated 171 respondents and 85.5 hours of annual completion time.
