Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Requests Public Comment on Information Collection Activity

The NRC has submitted a proposal to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, requesting public comment on a revision to the collection of information under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The proposed change affects Agreement States that have signed Section 274(b) Agreements with NRC, requiring them to submit information on a one-time or as-needed basis.
