Nuclear Regulatory Commission Requests Public Comment on Proposed Information Collection

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission is seeking public comment on a proposed information collection, specifically NRC Form 4 and NRC Form 5, which are used to track occupational exposure and cumulative dose history, as part of its ongoing review for continued OMB approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
