Nuclear Regulatory Commission Imposes New Security Requirements for Research Reactor Licensees

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a new order requiring research reactor licensees to undergo fingerprinting and criminal history records checks for unescorted access, effective immediately, to correct a previously published notice in the Federal Register on May 4, 2007.
