VEPCO Granted Exemption for Surry Power Station Unit Nos. 1 and 2

The Virginia Electric and Power Company (VEPCO) has been granted an exemption by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) for Surry Power Station, Unit Nos. 1 and 2, allowing it to continue operating without meeting certain safety standards.
