Nuclear Regulatory Commission Reopens Public Comment Period for Proposed Rule on Access to Sensitive Information

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission is extending the public comment period for 30 days on a proposed rule that would allow potential parties to access sensitive information, and also releasing proposed procedures for comment.
