NRC Submits Revision to Paperwork Reduction Act for OMB Review

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a revision to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 for review by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The revision pertains to the collection of information under the 'Nondiscrimination in Federally Assisted Commission Programs' (10 CFR Part 4), which affects recipients of NRC financial assistance. The proposed revision requires approximately 800 annual responses and 3,600 hours of reporting and recordkeeping.
