Nuclear Regulatory Commission Proposes Amendments to Medical Use of Byproduct Material Regulations

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is proposing to update its regulations to clarify and correct rule language governing the manufacture, transfer, and medical use of byproduct materials, following previous amendments in 2002 and 2005.
