Eastman Kodak Company Seeks Exemption from 10 CFR 70.24 Regulations

Eastman Kodak Company has submitted an environmental assessment and finding of no significant impact for a proposed license amendment that would exempt the company from certain regulations under 10 CFR 70.24, a U.S. Department of Energy rule.
