FAA Issues Policy for Certification of New Military Aircraft

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has announced its policy for certifying new-production military-derived aircraft in the restricted category, as mandated by Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) 21.25(a)(2) and 21.185(a).
