Bell Helicopter Textron Canada proposes adopting a new airworthiness directive for its Model 206A, A-1, B, B-1, L, L-1, L-3, L-4 helicopters, requiring daily checks for edge voids or de-bond on tail rotor blade root doublers and replacing unairworthy blades with airworthy ones to prevent loss of control.
