FAR Case 2006-028: Final Rule Adopted for Dominican Republic, Bulgaria, and Romania

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed to adopt the interim rule for the Dominican Republic, Bulgaria, and Romania, amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation to implement the Dominican Republic-Central America-United States Free Trade Agreement.
