Federal Acquisition Regulation; FAR Case 2007-018; Organizational Conflicts of Interest
The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are seeking input on whether the current guidance on organizational conflicts of interest in the Federal Acquisition Regulation System is sufficient or if additional standard provisions and clauses are needed.
