FAR Case 2006-031: Enhanced Access for Small Business

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation to implement Section 857 of the John Warner National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2007, enhancing access for small businesses in government contracting.
