GSA Proposes Rewrite of GSAR Part 537 Service Contracting Requirements

The General Services Administration (GSA) is proposing to revise sections of the General Services Acquisition Regulation (GSAR) that govern service contracting requirements, in response to a request from the Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP) to update the regulation.
