US Government Agencies Agree on Rule to Prohibit Business Operations in Sudan and Burma

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on an interim rule to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation, requiring certification that contractors do not conduct business operations in Sudan, in accordance with Section 6 of the Sudan Accountability and Divestment Act of 2007.
