USCIS E-Verify System to be Mandated for Federal Contractors and Subcontractors

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are proposing to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation to require federal contractors and subcontractors to use the USCIS E-Verify system to verify the employment eligibility of their employees in the United States.
