Federal Acquisition Regulation System to Reopen Comment Period for Organizational Conflicts of Interest Guidance

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are seeking public input to assess whether the current guidance on organizational conflicts of interest in the Federal Acquisition Regulation System meets the needs of the acquisition community, and whether additional standard provisions and clauses are necessary.
