GSA Proposes Rewrite of GSAR Part 543 to Clarify Contract Modification Requirements

The General Services Administration (GSA) is proposing to update the General Services Acquisition Regulation (GSAR) to improve clarity on contract modification requirements, following a request from the Federal Acquisition Regulatory Committee (FAR Committee) to revise Part 543 of the regulation.
