GSA Proposes Update to GSAR to Address Foreign Acquisition

The General Services Administration (GSA) is proposing to update the General Services Acquisition Regulation (GSAR) to address foreign acquisition, as part of its GSAM Rewrite initiative to streamline acquisition procedures and maintain consistency with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). This revision is part of a series of updates to the GSAR, following the rewrite of GSAR Part 525, Foreign Acquisition.
