FAR Case 2006-004: CAS Administration Rule Adoption

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have adopted a revised rule for the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to update regulations related to the administration of Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) for contracts with foreign companies, including those from the United Kingdom.
