Federal Acquisition Regulation to Amend Blanket Waiver Threshold and Program Name
The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule to increase the blanket waiver threshold for small dollar-value purchases from Federal Prison Industries by federal agencies and to rename the JWOD Program to the AbilityOne Program.
