GSA Amends GSAR to Implement Local Preparedness Acquisition Act for State and Local Governments

The General Services Administration (GSA) is updating its Acquisition Regulation to allow state and local governments to purchase security and law enforcement equipment through the Federal Supply Schedules, as authorized by the Local Preparedness Acquisition Act of 2008.
