Federal Acquisition Regulation Seeks OMB Approval for Information Collection Extension

The Federal Acquisition Regulation Secretariat is requesting OMB approval to extend a currently approved information collection requirement for the Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act and the Pollution Prevention Act, with public comments invited on the necessity and burden of the collection.
