GSA Proposes Rewrite of Contract Financing Policies in GSAR

The General Services Administration is proposing to update its implementation of Federal Acquisition Regulation contract financing policies, adding coverage for incremental funding of various contract types, as part of the General Services Acquisition Regulation Rewrite of Part 532, Contract Financing (GSAR Case 2006-G515).
