Federal Acquisition Regulation to Require Authentic Information Technology Products

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are seeking public comments on revising the Federal Acquisition Regulation to require contractors selling information technology products to represent their authenticity, as well as contractor liability and OEM authorization for resellers and distributors.
