Generalized System of Preferences (GSP): Re-initiation of a Review to Consider the Designation of the Republic of Azerbaijan as a Beneficiary Developing Country Under the GSP

The U.S. government is re-examining its consideration of Azerbaijan as a beneficiary developing country (BDC) under the Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) program, and is seeking public input on the matter, with comments due by April 30, 2008.
