U.S. Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) Program to Review Designation of Republic of Kosovo as Beneficiary Developing Country

The U.S. GSP program is initiating a review to consider designating the Republic of Kosovo as a beneficiary developing country (BDC), and is seeking public comments on whether Kosovo meets the necessary eligibility criteria for BDC designation, with comments due by October 17, 2008.
