U.S. Trade Representative Announces 2008 GSP Annual Review Process

The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative will not publish a warning list of products exceeding competitive need limitations, and interested parties must review 2008 import data and submit petitions for CNL waivers by November 13, 2008.
