WTO Dispute Settlement Proceeding Regarding United States-Measures Concerning the Importation, Marketing and Sale of Tuna and Tuna Products

The Office of the United States Trade Representative is seeking public comments on a WTO dispute regarding U.S. regulations on the use of a dolphin-safe label for tuna and tuna products, following a request from Mexico on October 24, 2008.
